There is also a great mailroom system and concierge available at all times. The building staff is extremely helpful. Our unit has amazing features such as a dishwasher, washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, oven, television, sofas, bar stools, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is temperature control available. The location is close to many universities and nearby restaurants. The T station is right below the building. Overall, it is an extremely high-end building at a prime location. What isnt so great about this place? The unit is only on the 3rd Floor but nonetheless has a great view. The walk to the elevator is around 15 seconds which can seem long sometimes.
