(FYI: for anyone considering becoming a resident who actually lives here longterm, we dont do first/last/security deposits per se, but rather require refundable & nonrefundable seed & flower memberships...ask to know more, once youve been here for awhile as a well-working visitor. Weve been welcoming more short than long-termers of late....but might be open to new residents, if it felt mutually right!) Electricity & water are generally included, while other household items like toilet paper, drinking water filters, dish sponges etc. longer-term visitors & residents take turns providing.
