Furnished cottage in downtown Point Richmond available starting Jan. 4, 2020. Set back from the street with a native plant garden between it and the sidewalk. Sit in the afternoon on the patio in the shade of the oak tree or on the porch in the sun. Enter and there are skylights, tile floors and high ceilings. There is a computer alcove with WiFi/high speed internet. Everything is convenient and efficient. We do not allow pets, and of course there's no smoking or vaping. There is off street parking.

The rates include utilities used reasonably and the final cleaning fee. Not included are a refundable security deposit, monthly cleaners and applicable taxes. There is no daily maid service, but trash is removed daily.

Within short walking distance are all the necessary services such as restaurants and cafes, a pub, grocery stores, post office, library, and the historic restored Natatorium (aka "The Plunge"). Walk up the hill and see the bay with a three-bridge view--and a swimming beach.

This unique Victorian village in the East Bay is convenient to all of the Bay Area: Richmond/San Rafael Bridge, Hwy 580, Hwy 80, and the Richmond Parkway. There are marinas close by. It is the community closest to Chevron, Vertigo Software, Black Diamond Video, and Parker-Hannifin. Accessible hospitals are Kaiser, Alta Bates and Children's. Schools of higher learning such as Contra Costa College, UC Berkeley, and Dominican University are within a 20 minute drive. You can take BART to many Bay Area cities. Started in January 2019 there is ferry service during commute hours from the Richmond Craneway to the SF Ferry Bldg.
