The property is furnished and has a full kitchen. Linens and towels are provided The maximum number of guests is limited to 8 people with 2 additional guests at $25.00/night Check-in is 3:00 p.m. on the date you choose. Minimum Stay: This property requires a 2 night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than 2 days, the guest will be charged a higher fee if approved by the owners. Advertised rates are subject to change depending on demand during holidays, peak season, and special events. A deposit of $350.00 and a $75.00 non-refundable cleaning fee is due when reserving the unit. The deposit is for security and shall be refunded within 7-14 days of the Checkout Date provided no deductions are made due to: i. Damage to the property or furnishings; ii. Dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or iii. Any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guests stay.
