Crescent City is a medium sized, gated, family friendly community with a French inspired design. The buildings are in fair shape and some of the wooden patios have recently been redone and look new. The buildings are dark brown and are limited in amenities to just one pool and a playground. Some of the interiors have upgraded features and others are traditional units. Most have carpet, white appliances and average fixtures but the upgraded units have nicer cabinets, wood laminate floors and crown molding.
