Because my rate is lower than current market rates, if you choose to resign a lease, the rent will still go up, but not at the market rate that the other units are going for. The complex is the newest complex available in the area with INCREDIBLE amenities. The gym is brand new and open 24 hours (not pictured), several grill stations, fire places and lounges throughout, a club house, pool house and a large roof top terrace. TVs also scattered everywhere! I viewed several complexes within several blocks of this one, and this one by far is the most for your money.
