Coral Club Apartments is in extremely poor condition on both the exterior and interior. The property is rundown and poorly maintained . The railings have chipped paint and are rusted. The wood on the outside of the buildings is dirty and stained. The interior of both the 1 and 2 bedrooms had an unbelievable stench upon our inspection. The units were fairly large yet unimpressive. Everything in the apartments is white and gives a sterile and cold feeling. The carpet looks worn and outdated as do the kitchen appliances. There are no walk in closets or hall closets so closet space is extremely limited. The bathroom tile is white and looks dingy and old.
