Clarke Springs is a small, non gated, residential community. The property is made up of 3 and 4 bedroom mini, shotgun style, one story, manufactured homes. The exteriors are in good shape on most houses but a few homes need some siding repair and paint. The property is set on about four streets and overall looks clean and quiet. There were a few people standing and loitering during our inspection. Each yard has grass and a few shrubs and not much more. The units contain garden tub, two car garage and updated kitchen cabinetry. The flooring is either carpet with laminate in bath and kitchen or wood laminate throughout with carpet in bedrooms. The bathrooms have standard fixtures and feel a bit dated and they are small. The kitchens are open with some having black appliances and others with white. There is no fenced yard and no access door to the garage.
