There is indoor bike storage on the bottom floor to keep your bike out of the elements. The space is about 1000 sq ft. The kitchen and living room are on an open floor plan, and the living room is large enough for a 6-person L couch. The dining area is large enough for our barn door table. Washer/dryer are included, and in their own closet, where you could also store food or cleaning supplies. There is an extra utility closet for more storage. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and is large enough for a queen bed and a desk. The second bedroom has two closets which connect for additional space. The fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal are all stainless steel and included. Each room has large windows to allow in plenty of natural light. The windows face north, for soft and cool light all day long. Neighborhood is quiet, and the unit is a perfect place for studying. Apartment is on the top floor -- no noisy neighbors stepping on your head. Apartment grounds are maintained by management, and in great shape. Management is immediately responsive to any maintenance requests. Pets are allowed with a deposit. You will need to pay the rent for months of May, June, and July; there is also a signing fee, which we will pay. If you choose to renew, rent may increase for next lease term (depending on income and credit). Background/credit check, proof of income, and proof of student status are required at time application.
