The Falls of Edgebrook (formerly Commons of Edgebrook) is currently undergoing a minor renovation. The property is a very large, family style community taking up 4 city blocks and has its own private drive. They do offer wood laminate floors in some units as well as ceramic tile. The larger floor plans have washer/dryer connections.
