I am willing to pay for the month of January as soon as the lease is signed & have already paid the transfer fee for anyone willing to take over the lease. The lease can begin as early as the 9th of January, but it can be signed at any time after. This is right before CU Boulders spring semester begins. I can leave some of my furniture as well.
