There are small pets that live here on the property with the Owners, as well as wildlife. Your key is in the lock box on the front door. The code to retrieve the key is 1013. When you leave, please return the key to the lock box. ONLY 2 CARS ARE ALLOWED AT THE HOUSE; Any additional cars need to be parked at the Party Barn/Club House located on the left as you enter the property. For your safety and the safety and wellbeing of our livestock, DO NOT ENTER THE FENCED AREAS. NO FIREWORKS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED. (The property is in the City limits and fireworks are prohibited in the City of Memphis.) No events or parties are allowed in the house. Charges will be applied for any additional overnight guest.
