Located above Hy-Vee, the apartment is extremely conveniently located right downtown near Court Avenue Brewing and other restaurants. The apartment faces the patio, and has high ceilings and big windows that lets light in all day (bonus - it heats the apartment!). Internet is free, but Ive upgraded to faster internet speeds for $41 a month. There is parking, it is not covered but it is gated. The parking pass costs $80 a month.
