RealRentals.com showcases thousands of homes for rent, Nationwide, posted by residential property managers, real estate agents, and private homeowners - like you!

How long have you been in business?

RealRentals.com was launched on January 1st, 2009. Our parent company has been in business since 1999, and has created other popular websites such as Roommates.com and PuppyFind.com. RealRentals is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, and is accredited by the Better Business Bureau.

Where are you located?

Our offices are located in Scottsdale Arizona, but our service is available Nationwide.

How much does it cost to place an ad?

It's FREE to list properties for rent and FREE to contact subscribing property owners/agents. Fees required to contact non-subscribing owners/agents range from $5.99 to $14.99. Fees range from $5.99 to $49.99 to become a subscribing owner/agent.

Will you charge me a fee when my property is rented?

Absolutely not. When your property has been rented, all we ask is that you remove your listing.

Can property managers and real estate agents post free listings?

Yes, you may list ALL of your rental homes for free.

How many listings can I post?

You may post as many listings as you'd like - there's no limit.

If I decide to upgrade my account, do I have to pay a separate fee for each listing?

Absolutely not. Your upgrade will apply to all listings associated with your account.

Will my upgrade automatically renew?

Your upgrade will NOT automatically renew unless you've chosen our monthly subscription plan.

Can I list an apartment?

Yes, you may list single family homes, townhomes, condominiums, duxplexes, fourplexes, guest houses, cabins, cottages manufactured homes, lofts, and apartments.

Can I advertise my vacation home?

Sure, you may post listings for both long-term and short-term rentals.

Can I advertise my International properties?

You may post rental listings for homes located within the United States and the following U.S. territories: American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Can your import my listings from another source?

Yes, we can import data from a spreadsheet, database, or XML feed. Simply contact us with the details and we'll do the rest...

Where will my listings be submitted?

All homes listed with RealRentals.com will also be broadcast throughout our distribution network to popular websites such as MySpace, Google, Lycos, AOL, Local.com, Backpage.com, Overstock.com, and many others.

Are my listings posted on MLS?

RealRentals.com utilizes a proprietary database, and is in no way associated with MLS (Multiple Listing Service).

How do I edit my listings?

To edit your listing, log into your account and click the "My Listings" menu item. Locate the listing you'd like to edit, click the "Update" link to the right of the headline, make your changes, then click the "Update" button.

What's the different between deleting and deactivating a listing?

When your property has been rented, we ask that you either delete or deactivate your listing. When a listing is deleted, it is permanently removed from our system. When a listing is deactivated, it is merely hidden from public view so that you may quickly reactivate when the rental term has ended and the property is again available.

I'm looking for a house to rent, but I also have a house for rent. Do I need two accounts?

Yes, you'll need to create two separate accounts using two different email addresses.

Why am I getting a notice that cookies must be enabled when I try to register or log in?

RealRentals.com utilizes cookies to store login session IDs. If your Web browser doesn't accept cookies, this ID will not be stored correctly, and your session will immediately expire after registration and/or log-in. Fortunately there's a simple solution to this problem. Update your browser's privacy settings to accept cookies.
