The community is supposed to be gated and require access cards but all the walk through gates are constantly being propped open by rocks. During our inspection, there were many sketchy people walking around and congregating all around the property and in the office. Stray cats wander around and about the property and in the parking lot. The stairs are steep and spaced far apart making it difficult to walk up and down them for fear of falling. The property is lacking maintenance, landscaping, and neatness.
